Thank you for your interest in hosting an event at Whitehall Farm! Please review options below for our Covered Pavilion and Sycamore Field options. If you are interested in renting our Event Barn for a wedding or corporate event, please email us at events@whitehall.farm.
The base cost is $300.00 for up to 25 people for three hours, plus $12.00 per person over 25. Earliest time is 11AM. Event must be completed by 6pm.
*Tours are for potential rentals of the space, not public tours of the farm.
The base cost is $500 for up to 50 guests; $700 for up to 75 guests; $900 for up to 100 guests. Rental time is for four hours. Earliest time is 11AM. Event must be completed by 6pm.

Yes! We welcome families to provide their own food, snacks, and beverages.
Absolutely! (please clean up decorations at the end Set and take are include in rental period. If you need additional time for decorating, you can rent additional hours for $100 per hour.
An electrical cord is available at an extra cost for Covered Pavilion rental only. It can be used for speakers, music, etc.
There are no heaters allowed for the Covered Pavilion or Sycamore Field.
Yes, large trash bins with liners are provided and are placed within event area for trash removal during and after event.
We do not cancel an event due to rain UNLESS the weather proves to be unsafe (I.e.: tornado, hail, etc.)
However, there are certain activities that cannot be done if there are high winds and/or rain. These activities include: inflatable and wagon ride.
